Obituary Questions

Hello and welcome. This is the first step in creating your own early obituary. Please answer the questions in your own words. Think  about what you’d like people to know about you and the things you would like them to remember. Don’t worry about your writing style, grammar, spelling and the like. Focus on your life and sharing that life with your family, friends and colleagues. Its ok to leave questions blank if they don’t apply or you can’t think of an answer.
